Have you already planned your wedding but are looking for some extra help with all the finishing touches? Maybe you want someone there to help so that all of your friends and family can enjoy the day along side you. This package is designed to do just that! Most often we get asked why month-of coordination? The answer is simply that our team needs about a month to come in a seamlessly pick up planning where you stopped. This time allows for a couple of meeting in which we are able to come in and learn more about all the details you have spent months planning for!

Event Floor Plan Curation
Coordination and Management of all Vendors and Details booked by client
Vendor Communication/ Out-reach to schedule delivery & pick-up times
Ceremony Rehearsal
On-site Coordination on Event Day
Oversight of Set-up/ Teardown by all vendors including inspection of table set-up, guest management, seating arrangements, light and sound check
Timeline management and check-ins with vendors during event day
Collection of personal belongings packed up by our team to be placed in designated room or car post event
Gratuity Guide/ Delivery of tips and final payments
